What’s going on in the world of VoIP business phone systems

Nigel Rayneau

Nigel Rayneau is the founder of UFONE, driving its growth since he took the helm in 2008.

Nigel has always had an affinity for technology, and established UFONE to tap into the demand for telephony services in the Internet age. Noticing that the traditional suppliers of telephone services were dragging their feet with new technology, Nigel felt there was an opportunity for a well-supported, technologically sophisticated and reliable VoIP service provider.

In his spare time Nigel is a 4th Dan Shotokan Karate Black Belt, and enjoys riding around the countryside on his Street Glide Harley Davidson.

Tina Ah Chee

Tina Ah Chee comes from a sales background, starting in family-owned retail stores when she was young and progressing to commercial real estate sales for over 16 years with Barfoot and Thompson. Her core values are honesty, integrity and loyalty. She’s hard-working, a lateral thinker, and good at solving problems.

She is also very people-focused. In her own words: “I treat our team at work like family, and I bake once a week for the team.”

Tina understands user needs well, as she first encountered VoIP technology during her real estate sales career.

She says that entering into the VoIP sales arena was not dissimilar to selling real estate. “Every client has different needs, so a consultative selling approach is the best approach. We listen and tailor a system to suit as every business is different – one size does not fit all.”
