It is so helpful to have all of our communications systems with them – our core telecommunications lines, internet, our Wide Area Network, phone services and video conferencing. They act as a main point of coordination so TRT do not have to deal with Chorus. On more than one occasion they have provided guidance to our IT outsource partner to prevent mistakes from happening. They have also provided valuable advice on our IT project implementation plans in a quality control capacity.
