We always felt like we were battling with our last provider, but Ufone make everything so easy. If ever there is an issue, they are onto it so fast. They always explain what has happened, completely laying it out in front of me. One morning I came in and all our systems were down, Alexander came out to the office and within an hour we were back up and running. Any repairs and maintenance are completed outside of working hours so that we don’t have to experience any downtime. I love that their service offering allows me to ring them at any time. We can go months without needing to call, then some months we are calling every couple of days with queries. It is never a problem; their customer service is great.
