Meet the management team at leading Auckland-based telecommunications company UFONE.

Industry leading experience and personnel are one of the secret ingredients to Auckland-based telecommunications company UFONE success.

CEO Nigel Rayneau and Sales Manager Tina Ah Chee are the key people behind New Zealand’s leading telecommunications service provider UFONE. UFONE specialises in offering business Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to multi-branch companies.

Nigel has been there since the very beginning, building up UFONE from scratch. Originally starting as an internet fax service provider, Nigel has continually kept UFONE as industry leader by transforming it into the modern and successful business that it is today.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, Nigel is responsible for Ufone’s every growing successful business performance, from marketing and strategic decisions to high level sales. “I am also the architect of our sophisticated systems and I am heavily involved with development of our advanced technology,” adds Nigel.

Outside of the fast pace world of telecommunications, Nigel is keeping up the pace by putting the pedal to the metal on his Harley Davidson. Nigel is also trained Karate Instructor, “I run a Karate school in Newmarket,” comments Nigel.

As the Sales Manager for Ufone, Tina has an extensive background in sales, having spent 13 years working in various retail roles before taking on a sales position at Barfoot and Thompson Commercial, with whom she spent 16 years.

Now at Ufone, she is responsible for co-ordinating and communicating with prospective clients and customers. “I enjoy working with the technical team, selling and implementing Business VoIP systems,” says Tina.

Tina is all about offering knowledgeable, quality service, and specialising in giving the best telco solution for clients. “It’s all about doing it right first time and being available to clients whenever they need it. I envision a bright and busy future for Ufone,” adds Tina.

Like Nigel she is also an avid motorcycle rider and firmly believes in the ethic of “work hard, play harder!”
