Kiwi IT spend to buck global downturn

Kiwis are spending more this year than our counterparts in the rest of World, and this doesn't surprise us.  What's also interesting is that the biggest drop is in "Telecom Services" which is something our customers have also been experiencing.  The counter-intuitive result is that while our customers are experiencing huge drops in Telecommunications costs, we at Ufone are experiencing record revenues!  

The reason for this is the strong adoption of VoIP as an alternative to traditional PSTN phone services.  Companies are seeing the huge cost and productivity benefits and as a result are installing both on-site and cloud VoIP systems, which is exactly what Ufone specialise in.
